It is a little unusual to see green fields on St. Patrick's Day, but I can't complain!

Sexi (Sietske) is now home from winter training.  If the weather would just co-operate a little bit, I could get some rides in here at home.   The blustering wind storms and attemps at snowing are not condusive to riding when you don't have an indoor!

Cori is about a month away from foaling.  She is looking very round and is super mellow and lovey.  She always gets that way in foal.  After foaling, I will be breeding Cori to a new stallion standing at Dreamscape Farm - Connecticut.  He is a lovely Holstein bred Oldenburg stallion who has competed to Grand Prix.  I think this will be a very interesting cross - and I do love my Holstein lines!

I have also decided to breed Keona this year - if only I could make up  my mind on stallion choice.  It will either be Freestyle or Rubinus.

So my next update will likely be a foaling report!  Stay tuned......
