May 05, 2010 After keeping in suspense for an additional 16 days, Cori delivered a big, strong and healthy chestnut colt at approx 2:45am!  We celebrated our Cinqo de Mayo baby with tequila in the coffee!  Rubix and mom Cori are doing very well and we will post pics soon.
